2. Expenses: All expenses (including, but not limited to, screening, exhibition, transportation or visits) incurred as a result of participation in the contest are the responsibility of the artist/applicant and will not be reimbursed or subsidized by Kün's Gallery.
3. Submission Guidelines: Please do not send physical copies or original artwork to the gallery. Not allowed in competition. Kün's Gallery and International Kün's Art Prize are not responsible for any loss or damage to works submitted without consultation between the winning artist and the gallery each time.
4. Digital Artwork Restriction: For digital art submissions, the artist must create the artwork without using any AI apps, programs or filters to enhance or create the art. By submitting a digital work, the artist confirms that the submitted work is his/her own creation and has not been created using artificial intelligence or significantly altered from the original work. Any entries found to be in violation of this provision may be disqualified at the discretion of Küns Gallery and Küns Art Prize.
5. Artwork Rights: By participating in the contest, entrants receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to Küns Gallery and Küns Art Prize and their marketing agencies, judges, related media outlets, and related businesses to use, reproduce, and publish their artworks for marketing purposes. grant a license. 6. Intellectual Property Rights: Entrants must ensure that the work they submit is original, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and is not subject to copyright, trademark or other intellectual property claims. 7. Good faith clause: In case of any ambiguity, all parties involved must act in good faith to resolve the matter amicably.

9. Liability: Kün's Gallery, International Kün's Art Prize and related parties are not responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage incurred by participants or attendees in the contest or online or offline exhibition.
10. Risk: Kün's Gallery and International Kün's Art Prize do not provide insurance for the final selected works. Artists are responsible for securing insurance if desired. Name, address, phone number and title must be clearly displayed in each work information.
11. Recipient Obligation: The final winner must provide all possible support to exhibit the award-winning works and other works at Kün's Gallery in Seoul, South Korea.
However, if the winner does not want to, the offline exhibition may not be held, and even if the exhibition cannot be held due to unavoidable circumstances, Kün's Gallery and International Kün's Art Prize will consider it as having paid the first prize.
12. Sales of works: All award-winning works will be listed on the Kün's Gallery, official website, and virtual gallery, and a 40% gallery fee must be included in the price of the work.
13. Delivery and Collection: The artist is responsible for shipping and collecting the Kün's Gallery art on the agreed date. All packing material must be removed after delivery (it's not possible to store in the gallery) and must be brought back upon collection of the work. In addition, artists sending works from countries other than Korea are responsible for customs duties, declarations and other related documents for all incoming and outgoing works, and must ensure that they arrive at the gallery during the exhibition period.
14. Measures for exhibited works: Kün's Gallery conducts a condition check when all works are brought in or taken out. Exhibit as delivered as possible, dusting and light cleaning around the artwork may be done as appropriate depending on the circumstances, and no repairs, restorations or extensive cleaning of the artwork will be performed without the prior written permission of the artist. The work will be checked again after the exhibition is over.
15. Criteria for exhibition works: Other works by the artist, including the selected works of the winning artist, will be exhibited, but works that may cause damage to other works or the gallery because the paint has not dried or gone through the finishing stage are excluded. In this case, the artist is responsible for reimbursing the cost.
16. Prizes: No cash or alternative prizes will be awarded. (All winners are the same)
17. Publicity: Contest participants may engage in reasonable publicity. This may include posting the artist's full name and photograph in print or online. By accepting these Terms of Use, participants consent to the taking and use of their names and photos by Kün's Gallery, International Kün's Art Prize and their marketing agencies, and any media outlets that may be interested.
18. Data Protection: Kün's Gallery and International Kün's Art Prize process all personal information provided by participants in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
